The first time I ever came across coconut oil was at my friend’s house around 5 years ago. She was spreading this white oily paste on toast instead of butter! Weird I thought. At that point, I was still of the mind that fat was fattening and thought what she was doing was absurd and surely not that pleasant. Fortunately, I put my judgement to one side and asked a lot of questions instead. I was so interested in the facts that I later found myself Googling the finer deets.
Need I say more? My transition to coconut oil was one of the easiest and most enjoyable shifts in my health journey. Today I simply have no doubt that coconut oil is one of the healthiest foods on the planet and you would be just crazy not to get into it quick smart….
