Macadamia, coconut and mango cheesecake – the perfect summer dessert!
I’m so very excited to post this dairy free mango cheesecake made with coconut cream. This was my first time making a cheesecake without cream cheese and I must proudly say it has worked at treat. In fact, I prefer it.
I like to get probiotics from fermented food where ever I can – and desserts are no exception. This cheesecake is made with homemade, gut loving, coconut cream yoghurt but for a quicker dessert turn-around, you can skip the fermentation and use coconut cream straight from a can.
