Like most human beings, I enjoy a piece of good quality chocolate. Sometimes too often, I must admit. It must be the darkest variety to pass my lips, however!
Making chocolate at home puts you in control of the ingredients. These have no processed sugar, no gluten, and definitely no weird additives! Coming from a place of gut love, I have created 2 simple chocolates recipes that are sure to safely enhance your dark chocolate appetite.
One has powdered collagen (you can read why I love collagen for gut health here) and is superbly dark and shiny – the other is made milkier by adding homemade coconut cream yoghurt. Probiotic chocolate is definitely my recent weakness! Regular coconut cream can be substituted for a quick fix though….
