I found this recipe online when I first experimented with grain free cooking. In fact, these crackers were pivotal in my realisation that life without grains was going to be ok; that food could still be interesting. Obviously, I wholeheartedly know that now but in the beginning I wondered how I would cope socially. What could I snack on at parties???
Since then I have taken these crackers to many summer BBQ’s, along with homemade cream cheese. I never mind if they are all I can eat.
Ha, I’m the biggest fan of my own food. But I love that other people enjoy them too. I enjoy watching other people’s eye brows lift as the flavours kick in. The combination of sweet raisin and rosemary are an unexpected twist. Food is such a buzz to me. Good food that is. Knowing it’s made from scratch. It’s a conversation starter. Good times, good food grazing with friends. Perfect.
